You found the glue caps!
When you place the glue caps wide-end down on the table, they look just like cups ready to fill at the party! To "fill" a cup with punch, squeeze some Elmer's glue into a cap. Snip off a paper clip with a wire cutter to make a straw and push it into the glue. Let dry. Then color the glue with a marker.
