Sunrise Smoothie

Start your day off with this breakfast smoothie or have it for an after-school snack.

  1. Put 1/2 cup milk, 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, and 1/2 cup frozen peaches in a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture for 45 seconds.
  3. Add 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon honey.
  4. Blend again until smooth.
