AMERICAN GIRL® x AMC Theaters: Movie Magic Giveaway Complete Official Rules
1) NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. MANY WILL ENTER, FEW WILL WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The American Girl® x AMC Theaters: Movie Magic Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") will be held from November 21, 2025, through November 23, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes will be conducted at each our seven (7) American Girl retail locations. Five (5) winners per retail location will be selected on November 26, 2025.
2) ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding U.S. territories and Puerto Rico and where prohibited/restricted by law) who are 18 years of age. Void outside of the 50 states of the United States and where prohibited by law. Employees, agents and family members of American Girl Brands, LLC, and its parent company, affiliates, and subsidiaries or any other persons or entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are ineligible to participate.
3) HOW TO ENTER: Visit one of the seven (7) American Girl retail locations listed below during the Sweepstakes Period and complete an Official Entry form before 9pm (local time) on November 23, 2025. Limit one (1) entry per person. Five (5) winners from each retail location will be randomly selected on November 26, 2025, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, or incomplete entries. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

4) PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: Five (5) winners from each retail location will each receive 1 Movie Pack that includes four (4) guest passes (valid at any AMC location); four (4) regular size drink vouchers, and two (2) regular size popcorn vouchers. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize pack is $129-$153* per set. The ARV of all prizes is *$4,966.00. *ARV may vary by state. No substitutions, no cash redemptions, no transfer of prize except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if prizes become unavailable. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
5) PRIZE CONDITIONS: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, hometown, likeness, statements and other personally identifiable information for promotional, advertising and marketing purposes in any media throughout the world without additional prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review; and upon request, the winners will provide written consent to such use. If an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner(s) will be selected. Noncompliance within this condition will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner(s) being selected. Taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winner.
6) GENERAL: Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, and all claims must be resolved in the state or federal courts of California. By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. By accepting the prize, winner consents to the use of his or her name, photo and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited.
